Port For Cruise Ships

Opened in 2001, the Amador Marina served as cruise terminal to receive important cruise ships as the Seabourn Seas, the Queen Elizabeth 2 and Rotterdam, which landed with a thousand passengers interested in exploring the Panamanian tropical attractions.

The Flamenco Island Marina is one of the most attractive and secure in the area with the advantage of proximity of the Canal and Panama City.

In 2008 it received approximately 40 cruise ships and 80,000 passenger of such prestigious cruise lines as Princess, Celebrity and Holland America, among others. The operation is different from many others because these cruise ships stay at night and enjoy the wide range of attractions around the city and the surrounding area of the Canal.
